She believes that the formation of a healthy relationship and understanding of food is key to reaching optimal health.
In addition to consulting patients in nutrition, Amy is also an NSCA-Certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition/health coach, and her specialities are functional exercise and movement, pain relief and movement-based biofeedback, nutrition-based behavior change, and dietary support. With a holistic, dynamic, and caring approach, Amy’s goal is to help her patients build healthy lifestyles – with strong nutritional foundations – that are specific to their individualized goals.
From resistance training to golf to yoga to pickleball, Amy loves to be active in her free time. She also loves hiking and being outdoors, quality time with her loved ones, trying out new recipes, country music, and Minnesota sports!
