Newbridge Health & Wellness Payment Policy
Newbridge Health & Wellness is out-of-network for all medical insurance plans and requires full payment on the day of your appointment (via cash, check, or credit card). This model of care allows us to provide you with advanced personalized integrative and functional medicine in an unrushed setting, where you or your child can be treated as an individual.
*If you pay by check and it is not able to be cashed due to insufficient funds, a $35 finance charge will apply.
Insurance Claims with Reimbursify
You may still be eligible for benefits to help cover the cost of your appointments. Newbridge Clinic has partnered with Reimbursify to make it easy for you to file claims for your out-of-network benefits.
Reimbursify allows you to file claims within minutes, online or from your phone. This service is available for visits with a Newbridge Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and Medical Doctor. And Newbridge provides all clients with a detailed receipt (known as a “superbill”) that has the necessary information on it to file a claim with Reimbursify.
To get started with Reimbursify:
- Visit https://go.reimbursify.com/NewbridgeClinic and follow instructions. You will need to file your first claim online.
- Once you are registered and your first claim has been filed, download the Reimbursify app onto your mobile phone to file and track claims from your phone.
