Affordable & Comprehensive Group Healing

CARE Circles are cohorts of patients and their caregivers gathered together around a common theme or diagnosis, so they can walk through their health journey as a group. CARE circles offer built-in support, encouragement, brainstorming, hope and highlighting shared experiences. The schedule of the appointments is pre-set for ease of participants, and includes complete access to Newbridge’s knowledgeable staff and providers.

CARE Circles are an affordable solution to providing accessible, high-quality, and specialized care with options for in-person, hybrid online, or fully virtual care. By conducting medical, nutrition, and heath coaching visits as a group, costs are significantly reduced. CARE Circles vary in length depending on each specific condition, but generally occur over a 6 to 12 month time period. The price also varies by group but is typically 1/4 to 1/3 of the cost of individual visits. A CARE Circle package can be paid in full or in monthly installments. As a courtesy, we can submit all individual and group medical visits to insurance. However, coverage will vary and is dependent on the individual insurance plans.
